Currently all coaching is delivered via video conferencing and every session is followed up by a detailed action plan.

What will we do during a session?
When you work with me, I will help you to transform your confidence using a series of questioning and journaling techniques to get to the heart of why your confidence is low. This stage is eye-opening and carefully places you in the beginning stages of being in control of your confidence.
The next stage enables you to eradicate the behaviours and beliefs that have been holding you back, ready to pave the way for you to build your own confidence, whilst writing your own confidence strategy to assist you with your confidence always.
Self development takes work and commitment, but don’t let that put you off – we all know that anything worth having takes effort. Just know that growing and maintaining your confidence is absolutely possible.
