Currently all coaching is delivered via video conferencing and every session is followed up by a detailed Action Plan.

Having confidence coaching with Lucy has got me thinking differently about not only how I internally hold myself back but why I do. Instead of procrastinating and avoiding situations I now take the time to realise what I’m doing and how I’m going to attack the situation. In short, I’m more aware of my self-sabotaging, being aware of it means I can stop it and turn it into a positive step forward.

When you work with me, I will help you to transform your confidence using a series of different methods of questioning and journaling to get to the heart of why your confidence is low.

Together, we will work to process the findings, to let and put a lot of them to bed, through a structured and effective action plan. We will then work on building your confidence back up to a level that will support you going forwards. You will leave with a strategy that will fit seamlessly into your life, forever.

Like anything worth having, it takes work and commitment, but growing and maintaining your confidence is absolutely possible. I work in an instinctive yet strategic way, using my extensive toolkit of techniques to help you to take charge of understanding and growing your confidence. I commit to giving you my full support and guidance throughout the time we work together, with each session individually tailored to your needs.
